Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquire customers for Demat and Trading Account and generate revenue through brokerage.
- Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products such as mutual funds
- Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell
- Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
- Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.
- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- Graduation / MBA degree
- Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales
- Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
- Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch
