Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Business development through franchise development/acquisition and retention of clients.
- Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products such as mutual funds and Insurance.
- Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in the existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
- Attend post result con-calls, and meets for improved client servicing.
- Understanding customer requirements and providing best equaled services.
- Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
- Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.
- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- The Ideal Candidate will have 3-10 years of Work Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Good Knowledge of the Stock Market & Share Market.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
