Analyze user behavior data to create targeted campaigns that convert effectively.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other data dashboards.
Regularly provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to create compelling ads and landing pages.
Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices within the stockbroking and fintech industries.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and strategies.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and impact
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the stockbroking or fintech sectors.
Proven experience in driving app downloads and user signups.
Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of the financial markets and stockbroking industry is a plus.
