iRasus Technologies Secures Rs 4 Crore Seed Funding

Gurugram-based energy analytics company iRasus Technologies has secured Rs 4 crore in a seed funding round, co-led by renowned angel investors Rohit Rajput and Srikar Reddy of IAN Angel. The round also saw participation from DFAN and other angel investors.

The funding will be used by iRasus to bolster its product and engineering teams, as well as accelerate business growth across India. Founded in 2019 by Arjun Sinha Roy and Anirudh Ramesh, the company specializes in providing crucial data intelligence on battery performance for users in the electric mobility and stationary battery storage sectors.

iRasus addresses the growing demand for efficient integration of battery data into electric mobility and renewable energy storage solutions. Its flagship platform, Preksha, enables real-time battery management through predictive maintenance and comprehensive data analysis, helping users reduce costs, improve safety, and optimize battery usage. This insight is particularly valuable for sectors such as electric buses, fleet operators, and stationary battery users.

“We are excited to secure this funding, which will enable us to expand our product and engineering teams, and accelerate our growth plans in India,” said Arjun Sinha Roy, Co-founder and CEO of iRasus. “Our mission is to deliver crucial data intelligence to users transitioning away from fossil fuel-based energy solutions.”

Through its innovative platform, iRasus aims to connect with battery manufacturers, fleet operators, OEMs, renewable energy storage providers, telecom operators, and other users of battery storage systems. With the backing of its investors, iRasus is well-positioned to drive growth in the rapidly evolving energy analytics space.
