Valyx, a B2B financial management platform, has closed an $800,000 pre-seed funding round, co-led by Huddle Ventures and Waveform Ventures. The round saw additional investments from notable backers, including Bharat Founders Fund and Propell Fund (Let’sVenture’s in-house VC fund led by Shanti Mohan).
Valyx plans to utilize the funds to bolster its sales and engineering teams, accelerating its product development roadmap and scaling its business. The startup, founded in late 2023, specializes in automating billing and receivables, enabling businesses to speed up payments, expedite financial close, and improve cash flow.
Valyx’s offerings include a comprehensive suite of features, including rate card management, usage-based billing, collections, cash application, reconciliation, dispute management, and collaborative receivables tracking. The platform helps finance and sales teams focus on nurturing relationships with customers by automating time-consuming revenue and receivables operations.
Since its inception, Valyx has processed over Rs 200 crore in accounts receivable and has set ambitious goals for the next two years. The startup aims to build a full-stack AI-powered revenue management platform that encompasses B2B payments and financing, further enhancing its capabilities and user experience.
