The company has informed that it has received a prestigious award in category of Best Affordable EWS/LIG Housing Project in the state of Punjab for its Project 'AGI Sky garden-Housing Project' under PMAY- Empowering India awards 2022' on 08.07.2022.The award was presented by the Chief Guest- Shri Kaushal Kishore, Hon''ble Minister of State for Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.

The company has informed that the company has obtained the permission of Change of land use (CLU) vide Memo No. 238 CTP (PB)/SP-432-(J) for the new Project namely 'Urbana Township' situated at Village Pholriwal, Tehsil Jalandhar-I, Distt., Jalandhar for the land measuring 51.99 Acres and the Company has initiated the process for obtaining the license for this project.

The company has informed that it has entered into a Joint Development Agreement for the land measuring 8.70 acres situated at Village Daad, H.B No. 279, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana, Punjab. Besides the company has also purchased land measuring 3.60 acres adjoining the land under Joint Development Agreement, this making the total land measuring 12.30 acres. This land is acquired for the construction and development of group housing project.
