The Company has announced public offering of 9523346 shares at a price of Rs 5.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 310.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 29,998.54 lakhs.
The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 21 December 2020 and is expected to close on 23 December 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 313.00-315.00 per share.
