The Company had entered into a Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger with Asian Hotels Limited pursuant to which Hyatt Regency, Mumbai was transferred to and vested in the Company. The name of the Company was changed to Asian Hotels (West) Limited w.e.f February 12, 2010.
