Up till September 21,2020, the Company had a subsidiary in the USA and other stepdown subsidiaries in various geographies, including one in India. The subsidiaries were in the business of providing core software solutions for property and casualty (“P&C”) and life and annuity (“L&A”) insurance providers, allowing them to manage policy administration, claims management and billing function.
