BITS The main business is to impart education in all streams through institutes, colleges, universities including every mode of training also to enter into business of trading, export & import in all types of softwares.The main business of the company is to impart education in field of Art, Commerce, Science, Computer Software, Computer Hardware, Business Management , Hotel Management, Engineering & Technical Education and in all innovative fields that may be useful to segments of society by setting up centers, institutes, colleges, universities including Distance Learning Programmes etc. Also to impart Corporate Management Training through classroom training and various other modes.

Bits Ltd forms a Subsidiary with the name of "BITS eServe Ltd" with the authorized capital of fifty million rupees for the purpose of starting BPO operations in India.
