Softpro Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2009, has appointed Mr. M S Reddy as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 20, 2009.

Softpro Systems Limited has appointed Ms. P V Durga Bhavani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 4, 2010.

Company has changed its name from Softpro Systems Ltd. to Cura Technologies Ltd.
