2018	Dhanuka Agritech Ltd was awarded Company of the Year by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Dhanuka Agritech received environment clearance for setting up a pesticide unit in Bharuch.
2019	Dhanuka Agritech Ltd signed an MOU with Sharda University.
2020	Dhanuka launched new molecules for solutions for grape farmers.
2023	The Company commenced trial production at the newly set up Dahej Plant.
2024	The Company has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with Bayer AG, Germany for the acquisition of the crop protection active ingredients Iprovalicarb and Triadimenol. Dhanuka Agritech set up JV with Spain-based biotech firm Kimitec.
