- The company changed its name to Foundry Fuel Products Pvt Ltd and started hard coke manufacturing activity by acquiring two existing coke manufacturing units in Dhanbad.
1987
- The company closed down manufacturing operations in its coke manufacturing units.
1989
- The company disposed off its coke manufacturing units.
1992
- The company was converted into a public limited company under the name and style of Foundry Fuel Products and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained.
2016
- The company changed its registered office from 504, Diamond Prestige, 41 A, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata 700017 to 7C, Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, P. S. Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata 700017.
