Entered into a consortium agreement dated December 18, 2023 with a company to offer their services to prospective customers and clients and co-operate as a consortium on several initiatives for variouscompressed biogas projects.

Entered into a memorandum of understanding dated September 14, 2023 with a company for technical collaboration to avail design and engineering services to bid for an incinerator package tendered by a company.
