Incorporation of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited

NCLT approved Composite Scheme of Arrangement under the provisions of section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 between HSBPL and JSHPL and SSBPL and JCPL Life and JSPL Life and Jubilant Pharmova Limited and Jubilant Ingrevia Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, sanctioned by the NCLT on December 23, 2020 (the certified true copy of the order was received on January 6, 2021). Pursuant to the Scheme, the Life Science Ingredients business of Jubilant Pharmova Limited has been vested into the Company.
