Mr. Parakh shall act as a Director only and has tendered his resignation from the post of CEO-Corporate Strategy and Finance (Whole Time Director) w.e.f. February 02,2008 due to some personal reasons. In view of above he will continue to act as Director of the company".

Company has undertaken the following new projects 1. Launch of the new project Omaxe Eternity, Vrindavan - The Company has launched a new project Omaxe Eternity in Vrindavan spread over an area of approx. 52 acres.

The Company has been awarded a Construction project for construction of Convention Centre, Library and Computer Centre at Deshbandhu Chhottu Ram University of Science and Technology at Mumbai in Sonipat Disstt.

The Company has purchased all the 10000 shares of Rs 10/- each of Oasis Township Pvt. Ltd. Accordingly, the aforesaid Company has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
