Premier Polyfilm Ltd has commenced partial commercial production at Unit No. II of the Company at Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr UP.

Company has decided to shift Unit Number I of the Company from 40/1A, Site IV Industrial Area, Sahibabad to Unit Number II of the Company at Sikandrabad, District Bullandshahr (UP)
for improving the quality of products and for increasing production capacity of combined plants at one place.

Company intends to purchase Assets i.e. factory, land & building alongwith Plant & Machinery of M/s Khushbu Vinyl Private Limited (in liquidation) located at District Panchmahal in the state of Gujarat.
