Te commercial production of M/s Prima Deelite Plastics Pvt Ltd, Cameroon, Western Africa, a Joint Venture Company, wherein the Company is holding 50% of equity shares, has started its commercial production.

The commercial production of the Company's New Diversified Project of manufacturing Aluminium Panel Sheets and Aluminium Composite Panel at Daman has started.

The Company had received approval letter from Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority for incorporation and setting up 100% subsidiary company in the Name of PRIMA GLOBAL FZE with an object to do trading activities in home furniture and building materials in UAE and holding company for all Company's investments in International business.
