Rane Engine Valve is engaged in manufacture of engine valves, Guides and Tappets for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, farm tractors, stationery engines, railway/marine engines and two/three wheelers and as such operates in a single reportable business segment of ‘components for transportation industry’.
2008
Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2008, inter alia, has co-opted Mr. Harish Lakshman, as Additional Director of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
Declared a final dividend of Rs 4.50/- per equity shares of Rs 10 each on 5,150,992 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
The Company appointed Mr. S K Bhargava, Mr. Ashok Malhotra, Mr. C Prabhakar and Mr. P Jaganneth as directors of the Company.
