Ravikumar Distilleries is engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of Indian Manufactured Foreign Liquor (IMFL).

Incorporation of the Company

Established our manufacturing unit at Puducherry with initial capacity of 7,20,000
cases per annum and a bond capacity of 6300 cases of Excise Bonded warehouse
with 2(two) semiG automaticlines.
Strategic tieGup with M/s Shashi Distilleries Limited, Bangalore & M/s Gemini
Distilleries (Puducherry) Pvt. Ltd. for bottling of their premium brands.

Launching of our first brand namely ÂCapricorn Super BrandyÂ
Strategic tieGup with M/s Radico Khaitan Limited for bottling of their premium
brands.

TieGup with M/s. Kapitan Distillery, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh for production
and marketing of our own brands in Andhra Pradesh Market and also TieGup with
M/s. John Distilleries Ltd., Bangalore for producing their brands.

We launched our medium segment brand namely Green Magic Brandy

TieGup with M/s. United Distilleries, Kerala, for production of IMFL products of
our own brands at their distillery.
Expansion of capacity by installing one more semiGautomatic and one automatic
line unit and capacity enhanced to 8,00,000 cases per annum.

We launched our new medium segment brand namely ÂOnce more, Grape Brandy
& 3 Jacs No. 1,Fine BrandyÂ
Increase in the raw material and packing material storage capacity from 16,000
Sq.ft to 32,000 Sq.ft

The Company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 51% of the equity shares of M/s. S. V. Distilleries Pvt.Ltd, Bidar, Karnataka.

Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has informed that the Registered Office of the Company is being shifted from "Mena Kampala Arcade", 3rd Floor, B Wing, B-Block, No. 114 & 115, Sir Theagaraya Road, T. Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 to "Ameen Manors", S1 & S2, Second Floor, "B" Block, No. 138, Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai - 600 034 w.e.f. September 02, 2013.
