Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2006 has appointed Ms. Mansi Shah as an Additional Director of the Company.

Company has changed its name from Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd. to Natraj Financial & Services Ltd.

Natraj Financial & Services Ltd has informed that following Persons are appointed as Directors on the Board of the Company in the board meeting held on February 17, 2009, which are as under:

1. Mr. Manoj Punamiya - Appointed as Additional Director

2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary - Appointed as Additional Director

3. Mr. Binod Kumar Sinha - Appointed as Additional Director.

Company has changed its name from Natraj Financial & Services Ltd. to Royal India Corporation Ltd.

Mr. Hitesh Mangilal Jain has been inducted on the Board as Whole Time Director.

Mr. Vishal Gohil has been inducted on the Board as an additional Director.

Mr. Ashokaditya Prakash Dhurandhar has been appointed as a Additional Director of the Company.
