Issue of Bonus Shares:

1. Increase in authorised capital from Rs. 10,01,00,000 (5,00,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 20,02,00,000 (10,01,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

2. Issue of fully paid bonus shares to the members in the proportion of one bonus share of Rs. 2/- each for every one existing equity share held.

Company has Consolidates its Face value of Shares from Rs 2 to Rs 10

Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from suite No 18,2, India Exchange Place, 1st Floor Kolkata 700 001 to 4, Netaji Subhas Road, 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700 001.
