2. Mr. Sandeep Kumar. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary.

Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from RZ-A-95&96, Road No.4, Street No.9, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi-110037. to Plot No. 332, Near TELCO Service Station, Behind Shokeen Farmlands, Rangpuri, New Delhi - 110037.

Company has changed its name from Vishal Retail Ltd. to V2 Retail Ltd.

Mr.Yatish Bhardwaj has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

V2 Retail Ltd has appointed Mr. Rohit Singh Rautela as Independent director of the Company.

Mr. Rohit Singh Rautela , Mr. Ravinder Kumar Sharma are appointed as Independent Directors of the Company.

Mr. Varun Kumar Singh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
