Ltd.
24 Nov.-2004 Chemical Division hived off & sold to M/s. Nipur Chemicals Ltd.
25 2005 Textile Division transferred to M/s. Khamgaon Syntex India Ltd.
26 2005 Change of Name as `Zenith Birla (India) Ltd.'
