Definition of At the money
The concept of At the money is used while trading options in the stock market. Options of different assets have different strike prices. And the strike prices are divided into 3 categories which are In the money, Out the money and At the money. At the money strike price is the same as the current market price of the underlying asset. Also, That said, At The Money is known to be a positive indicator as it indicates the option may soon have intrinsic value.
