Definition of Forex Futures Trading


Foreign exchange future, also known as a currency future, is a futures contract for exchange of two currencies at pre-determined conditions (such as price, delivery date etc.). The price of the foreign exchange future is based on the spot rates of the currency, and accounts for an interest differential.
