Aagam Capital its certificate of registration as a non-banking finance company on August 5,1998 from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Department of Non-Banking Supervision, Mumbai Regional Office, in its former name “Principal Capital Markets Limited” which was changed subsequently to “Subhkam Capital Limited” and further changed to “Aagam Capital Limited”. The Company has received the revised certificate of registration from RBI subsequent to the change of name to “Aagam Capital Limited”. Company is engagedi n business of dealing in shares and securities.

The company was incorporated on 27th December, as Principle Capital Markets Ltd. vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 11 - 64831 issued by Registrar of Companies,Maharashtra, Bombay and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 14th January, 1992.
The company was originally promoted by Shri Sudeep Malu.

The name of the Company has changed to Principal Capital Markets Ltd. From Principal
Capital Markets Ltd. vide the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent of change of name Issued by ROC Maharashtra, Mumbai dated 7th February.

The company has come out with the public issue of 15,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 5/- per share aggregating Rs. 22500000/-.
During the year under review Shri. Lalit Jain & Shri. Suresh Sachati has resigned from the post of directorship. Shri Deepak Shah & Shri Mulji Dedia has been appointed as an additional directors of the company.
