Alfa Transformers Ltd has signed a Technology Transfer agreement with M/s. Hitachi Metals India to manufacture, use and sell Amorphous Metal core to be used in energy efficient Transformers.

Alfa Transformers has acquired "PHOENIX SURGICARE PVT LTD" as its wholly owned Subsidiary Company by acquiring its 100% equity shares.
