Apis India Ltd has considered and approved the strategic alliance with Wetzel's Pretzels, LLC, a leading hand rolled freshly baked Pretzels and beverages etc., through its new Pretzel division by name Apis Foods Incorporated (A Unit of Apis India Limited) and also has signed a Master Franchisee Agreement with Wetzel's Pretzels, LLC with rights to develop and operate stores in the name of Wetzel's Pretzels along with all the rights of associated trademark etc in India.
