CMI Ltd has informed that Mr H V Navani and MR Basant Fulchand have resigned from Directorship. Further, Shri H V Navani also resigned from the post of Chairman & Managing Director.The Company further informed that Mr Amit Jain and Mr Rajiv Jain have joined the Board of Directors as Additional Directors. Mr Amit Jain was also appointed as a Whole-time Director w e f June 01, 2002.
