Jaypee Infratech The Company is the concessionaire for Yamuna Expressway Project, which inter- alia include construction of 165 kms long six lane access controlled expressway from Greater Noida to Agra with provision for expansion to eight lane with service roads and associated structures on build, own, operate and transfer basis. The Concession provides for operation and maintenance of Yamuna Expressway for 36 years, collection of toll and the rights for development of 25 million sq. meters of land for Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Amusement and Industrial purposes at five land parcels along the expressway.

Appointed Shri Manoj Gaur as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 07, 2011. He continues to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Yamuna Expressway Inaugurated on 9th August, 2012.
The Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2012, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 69.45 crores for the year 2011-12 excluding Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs. 11.27 crores which is in addition to Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each already paid in November, 2011.
